Terms of Use, Rikishi Entertainment Apps

These Terms govern your use of the Rikishi Entertainment mobile application and the Rikishi Entertainment streaming channel, operated by Rikishi Entertainment.

The service. The apps provide video content, including the Off The Top podcast, along with related information and links. The apps are provided free of charge. No account or sign-in is required.

Content ownership. All video, audio, images, and text in the apps are owned by Rikishi Entertainment or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, download, redistribute, rebroadcast, or create derivative works from any content without written permission. Third-party names and marks that appear in the content belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the apps, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or use the apps for any unlawful purpose.

Availability. Content, features, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. The apps are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Rikishi Entertainment is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the apps.

Third-party services. The apps link to and display content from third-party services, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Privacy. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy at rikishifatu.com/app-privacy.

Changes. These Terms may be updated, with the effective date above revised accordingly.
